Send me your plan details and I’ll read the letter for you

Your plan mails you an Annual Notice of Change by September 30 every year. It explains what is changing on your plan for next year. Most people never read it — it is long and it is dull.

Send me what you have below and I will read it for you, then tell you plainly whether anything actually changed for you. If nothing did, I will tell you that too.

There is no cost and no obligation. I am paid by the insurance company only if you choose to enroll through me, and never by you.

How do I reach you?

Take a photo

Taking a photo is easier than typing. Lay things flat in good light. Skip any of these if you would rather not — we can go through it on the phone instead.

Or type it instead

For example: Aetna, Humana, UnitedHealthcare, Blue Cross — or “just Original Medicare”.

The 11-character number on your red, white and blue card. I only need it to look up what you are actually enrolled in. Leave it blank if you would rather give it to me on the phone — that is completely fine.

Just the names are enough. Doses help if you have them handy. Already took a photo above? No need to type them again.

Names, or the practice. This is how I check they are still covered.
